- Compliance and quality: Ensure all placements meet industry standards and regulations.
- Results-driven: Consistently achieve and exceed placement and business development targets.
- Recruitment expertise: Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the construction sector.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of the building and construction market, including its recruitment challenges.
- Client-focused: Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Target-oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a recruitment environment.
- Strong communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
