- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact delivery.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including project charters, plans, and reports.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and accountability.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Project Planning and Management: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably within capital delivery or a related industry such as construction, infrastructure, or utilities.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Demonstrated experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Reporting and Documentation: Strong experience in preparing and presenting project status reports, as well as developing project documentation such as charters, plans, and post-project evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Experience in implementing project management best practices and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate project meetings and workshops, and foster collaboration among diverse teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
