RE Recruitment are looking for a Production Operative to join their client in Andoversford.This is a temporary to permanent role (12 Weeks through agency) that includes the manual loading and unloading of base mixtures to produce their wide range of products that are used in a variety of different Manufacturing environments across the world.Core duties and responsibilties:
  • Manual Handling up to 20Kg
  • Diligent following of production process to ensure quality of finished product
  • Achieving realistic daily production targets to meet demand
  • Quality checking finished product to ensure suitable for end customer.
  • Some use of Manual Handling equipment to assist with the loading and making of the product.
  • Building pallets of finished product and safely storing stock for future orders.
  • Following Health & Safety procedures to ensure 5s standards are maintained and achieved.
