You'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes and training activities run smoothly across the business. Responsibilities will include:Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systemsSupporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle adminCollecting and validating HR data to support payrollCoordinating internal and external training logisticsManaging training records, bookings, and compliance trackingLiaising with training providers and assisting with materialsResponding to employee queries and supporting HR proceduresYour Profile
