ProCook is on the lookout for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our team, working 10 hours per week. This role is perfect for someone who wants to share their passion for cooking while helping customers find the perfect kitchenware!Your Role:As a Sales Advisor, you will be the friendly face that guides customers through our product ranges, providing them with the knowledge and enthusiasm they need to make informed purchases. Your goal is to create a shopping experience that is both enjoyable and memorable.Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in finding the right kitchenware products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth store operation.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for kitchen products and cooking.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends.
