
Technical Support Engineer

- Provide in-person technical support for end users who visit the Tech Bar
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support software installs, updates, and configuration for common applications
- Assist with password resets, access management, and basic account troubleshooting
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or specialist when needed
- Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions in the support ticketing system
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional Tech Bar environment
- Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk environment
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and enterprise tools like MDM
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
