We are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a permanent basis.About the Role:As a SEN LSA, you will:*Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties)
*Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
*Help to create a safe and supportive learning environment
*Monitor and track student progress, adapting support as required
*Build positive, lasting relationships with pupils, staff, and familiesAbout You:We're looking for someone who is:*Experienced working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings)
*Calm, patient, and proactive with a nurturing approach
*A great communicator who can build trust and rapport
*Passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential
