Do you have the skills to inspire and lead a team to deliver high-quality services to customers? If so, we'd love to hear from you.We are looking for a Team Manager to lead and support a team of trade operatives, cleaners and gardeners (depending on area) to deliver an effective and customer-focused service across repairs, maintenance, voids, cleaning and grounds maintenance.What you'll be doing:
  • Leading, managing and developing your team to ensure continuous improvement and high standards of work.
  • Promoting a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all operatives work safely and comply with legislation.
  • Providing technical advice, mentoring and day-to-day support.
  • Driving service excellence and ensuring customers receive a reliable and professional service.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally within trades, property maintenance or facilities services.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills.
  • The ability to deliver high standards of service through effective planning, problem-solving and teamwork.
