For us, it’s all about bringing entertainment to life for millions of customers in a safe, responsible and sustainable way.Our global scale means we can continue to invest to support our strategy and maintain our gold medal positions across local marketsSenior Share Plans Specialist - Role PurposeThe Global Reward team has wide-ranging responsibilities, but our key aim is simple: we are responsible for ensuring that, across the Group, we put in place reward structures which assist with the hiring of world-class talent; we help motivate and incentivise this talent to help us deliver on our Group strategy, and we ensure that they want to stay with us.The Senior Share Plans Specialist will partner and provide support to the Senior Share Plans Manager with every aspect of the life cycle of the Company’s share plans, including delivering grant and vest and release activity, plan communications, assisting plan participants, working with our suppliers liaising internally with relevant departments.Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for Sharesave monthly contribution reconciliations and payment files
  • Assist with the year-end share plan reporting for any country we operate plans in
  • Delivering the tax withholding process through payroll following releases and option exercises
  • Assist with the administration of all share plan grants and vests, ensuring that they are prepared, recorded and communicated correctly and in a timely manner
  • Assist with the development of improved administration processes
  • Assisting with the annual global launch and maturity of the Sharesave scheme working closely with HR and payroll teams in local countries and with our administrators and partners
  • Assisting with the delivery of grants of all share-based incentive programmes, calculating option price, preparing grant documentation, grant files for the external share plan administrator etc.
  • Resolving ad hoc queries raised by participants or any of our internal stakeholders, including tax, payroll, divisional HR teams, Finance, Global Mobility, Banking team and our administrators
  • Preparation and delivery of both ad-hoc and schedule reports
  • Supporting local and international Finance teams with their year-end reporting and audit requirements
  • Assist with processing payments and share movements
Competencies need for the role:
  • Ability to work at pace and to prioritise workload
  • Advanced use of excel e.g. pivot tables, v lookups etc
  • Confident to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to present
This role would suit someone who has:
  • 4 years or more experience in share plans
  • 1 year or more experience in-house at an issuer
  • ICSA Share Plans preferable but not essential
