- To communicate Company and Divisional Strategy to all key people within designated account base
- To identify sales opportunities and negotiate to obtain orders which meet sales budget achievement and margin budget achievement to increase business turnover and profit
- To undertake all administrative tasks in support of sales to meet departmental requirements
- Use ClientLink and adhere to Commercial Excellence practices
- To plan and implement visits to new and existing customers to maintain awareness of the company’s product range and to gain understanding of competitor activity within the market
- To be a champion of their own customers and meet specific customer needs in order to provide the best possible service
- Prepare account plans for high spending customers and monitor and send present monthly
- Arrange quarterly business reviews with all 100 club customers
- Represent PPG at Exhibitions and Trade Shows as required
- Responsibility for collection of debt in relation to “Receivables” project
- Field Based 80% - 90% of time
- Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent
- 2-4 years Sales Experience
- Commercial business acumen
