- Ensuring required level of pre-pack stock is in place to meet customer demands
- Receiving stock deliveries
- Picking/packing orders to meet daily customer demands
- To be able to take ownership of a customer order from receipt of order all the way through to packing and despatch
- Dealing with incoming orders via email or telephone from existing and new customers
- Inputting information into SAGE which in terms creates the formal order and invoice
- Ensuring stock and products are available inhouse and order more stock if needed
- Flexible attitude to do what is required dependant on business needs ranging from administration to picking/packing stock
- Accurate data entry skills along with Word/Excel
- Knowledge of SAGE would be a benefit
- An engaging and proactive telephone manner
- Good standard of English and be numerate
- Ability to converse at all levels
- Due to location must have your own transport
