Salary: £27,000 - £30,000What duties will I be doing in the Chef role?- Cover all aspects of food preparation for all of the menu
- Produce high quality food
- Order stock
- Stock Control
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to
- Ensure 5 star food hygiene is adhered to
- Ensure profit margins are controlled by controlling waste and portion control
- Cleaning all equipment used
- Support with event days
- Experience working alone (when required)What will you bring to the Chef role?
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Chef working in a fresh food restaurant/ kitchen
- Passion for fresh food
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience of working alone when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, hardworking attitude
