Creative Project Manager

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from initial briefing and scoping to final production and rollout.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to brief, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain clear project timelines, status reports, and risk registers.
- Champion creative excellence while balancing practical constraints of budget, scope, and resource.
- Lead regular project meetings, keeping teams aligned and informed throughout the process
- Proven experience as a project manager or producer within a creative, marketing, or communications environment (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of creative workflows including design, copywriting, print, and digital production.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you must be confident liaising with creatives, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Able to translate complex ideas into clear project plans and workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent).
- A passion for purpose-led work, with an understanding of the charity or non-profit sector.
