- Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters including misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries and delayed treatment claims
- Draft legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements and pleadings
- Liaise with clients, medical experts and counsel
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
- Deliver outstanding client care and legal support
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2+ years PQE preferred)
- Experience in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
