- Experienced in planning and delivering your own engaging lessons in core subjects and any other subjects the students require (on an individual basis)
- Experienced with SEN such as, SEMH, anxiety, Autism and ADHD
- Experienced and/or knowledgeable in Attachment Disorder and the impact of Childhood Trauma
- Confident to manage challenging behaviour
- Able to engage disaffected pupils and try to encourage them to participate in education
- Able to work professionally with foster carers and residential home staff
- Competent at providing detailed, extensive feedback outlining student strengths and areas for development
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
