You will also be involved in service calls and providing support to customers.This role would suit a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in Printer or Photocopiers looking to join a small business who will give a stable and secure Monday to Friday position and the opportunity to become a leading Engineer. The Role:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment
Performing routine maintenance and inspections
Responding to service calls
Providing technical support to customers
Documenting service activities and completing service reports.
