As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering cost and commercial management services to clients across a diverse range of projects. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for ensuring value for money, financial control and effective risk management throughout project lifecycles. Key responsibilities include:Preparing cost estimates, budgets and cash flow forecastsSupporting procurement and tendering activitiesAdministering contracts and ensuring compliance with commercial proceduresManaging valuations, variations and final accountsProviding cost and commercial advice to clients and stakeholdersAssisting senior colleagues in delivering projects to the highest professional standardsThe Person
