You will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic goals while supporting those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD through inclusive teaching practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4Raise pupil attainment by using effective teaching strategies and tracking student progressCreate an inclusive learning environment, differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learnersWork collaboratively with colleagues to meet departmental and whole-school objectivesMark and assess students' work to inform planning and provide meaningful feedbackAbout YouWe’re looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent subject knowledge and the ability to motivate students of varying abilities.Requirements:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Degree in English or a related subject
✔ Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
