Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic and imaginative Teaching Assistants to support vibrant primary schools across Southwark.Whether you're looking for flexible daily supply or seeking a long-term position, we have a variety of roles to suit your schedule and goals.About the Role:We're seeking dynamic individuals who can bring energy, creativity, and a love of learning into the classroom. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils’ development, provide 1:1 or small group support, and help deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that capture young imaginations.What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for working with children in a primary setting
  • Creativity – whether it’s in art, music, drama, storytelling, or thinking outside the box
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working with children (school-based or otherwise) is desirable
  • A proactive, positive, and flexible attitude
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
