- Provide support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored educational plans.
- Lead small group sessions covering a range of subject areas.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Ensure outstanding attendance and time-keeping records.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- Previous experience working with young people with challenging behaviour is essential.
- Strong understanding of various special educational needs, along with excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to manage and positively respond to challenging behaviour.
