We are looking for a reliable and experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team on a major junction improvement project in the Norwich area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring productivity, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and supporting the delivery of works to specification and deadline. You will be working on a highways project, on Piling and infrastructure works including two new slip roads.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standard
- Monitor progress and report any issues to the Site Manager
- Conduct site inductions and daily briefings
- Maintain records of daily activities and progress
- Promote a positive and safe working environment
- Valid CSCS Card (Gold minimum preferred)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Essential)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role on civils or infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and understand drawings and method statements
- Full PPE
