Deliver engaging and accessible English teaching, including Functional Skills and accredited qualifications, tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Empower young people aged 16–25 with SEND, using a strength-based approach to help them build confidence and achieve their learning goals.
Create and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) that identify gaps in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills, providing personalised support to close those gaps.
Foster strong, supportive relationships with learners, offering guidance, coping strategies, and encouragement throughout their learning journey.
Travel across the county to deliver high-quality English education and training in a variety of settings.
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with vulnerable/SEND learners in an educational or training setting.
English expertise.
Strong teaching and digital learning skills.
A commitment to high expectations and positive outcomes for young people.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
