- Credit control - chasing arrears
- Some bank reconciliations
- Placing utility contracts for buildings managed.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
