What You'll Do:As our PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Project Management Office in achieving project goals.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating project meetings and facilitating communication across teams.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 🧩
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 📢
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
