- Salary: £35,000 basic - £40,000 OTE (Flexible depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
- Team Management: Supervising 4 Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, and 1 Parts Supervisor.
- Lead and manage a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, and a Parts Supervisor.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Represent the dealership professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Utilise franchise and warranty expertise to enhance service operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience in a Senior Service role within a main dealership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of warranty processes and procedures.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the dealership effectively.
