Looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing company? We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated team at our Highbridge site.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling Goods with Care: Use our warehouse system and scanner to receive, locate, pick, and dispatch goods accurately and safely.
  • Stock Movement: Load and unload orders, ensuring items are stored in the correct locations.
  • Inventory Support: Replenish and consolidate stock to maintain efficient flow.
  • Clean & Organised Workspace: Help maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment.
  • Process Compliance: Complete paperwork and report any defects in line with warehouse procedures.
Requirements:
  • A Pivot / Ride-on PPT licence is a bonus – but if you don’t have one, we’ll provide full training.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
