You will manage a diverse caseload across the full spectrum of private client matters, working with a broad range of clients and their families. You will also play a key role in business development, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the team's continued success.Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection work.
- Manage and progress your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Deliver clear, confident, and empathetic advice to clients.
- Contribute to the firm's business development activities, including networking, marketing, and client events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share expertise and ensure the highest standards of client care.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in private client law.
- Strong technical knowledge across the full range of private client services.
- Confident communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and contacts.
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Enthusiastic about marketing, networking, and developing new business opportunities.
