- Responsible for Planning and Co-ordinating Repair & Maintenance Tasks in line with Contractual KPIs
- Liaise with Planning, Operations and the Client to support co-ordination with our local Highways Authorities
- Complete administration tasks to support the Planning function with maintaining compliance
- Deal with Customer enquiries and complaints ensuring they are dealt with in a positive and helpful manner
- Responsible for creating a productive plan while maintaining contractual SLAs
- Administration experience
- Comprehensive IT capabilities including the use of MS Office programmes
- Knowledge of NRSWA
- Experience in the use of SAP Production
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
