
RBDS Application Specialist - South Coast UK

- Develop a keen understanding of RBDS methods in order to provide support to both front line and back office processes.
- Will be expected to take a leading role in the management of a small team of apprentice level employees.
- With global demand for our services growing, will also enjoy worldwide travel (sometimes with limited notice!)
- Develop close working relationships with Bioquell’s international subsidiaries and distributors.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and initiative with a service-driven mentality.
- A flexible approach to working in a customer-focused service business.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good written and arithmetic skills to comply with audits and GMP standards.
- Understanding of GMP/GLP standards.
- Ability and confidence to work alone on a customer site without supervision and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- BSc or equivalent in Engineering/Science with ‘hands-on’ technical ability.
- Project management or leadership experience preferred.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Passport essential.

- Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships.
- Applicants must be prepared to travel frequently, mainly within the UK, but also internationally as necessary.
