Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a small, single-sex independent faith secondary school in Salford. This part-time role is four days per week, starting in September 2025, with small class sizes and a supportive teaching environment.The Role:
· Position: Maths Teacher (Key Stage 3 & 4)
· Start: September 2025
· Contract: Part-time (4 days per week), Temp-to-Perm
· Location: Salford
· Pay: £162.31 to £251.71 per day (depending on experience)
Youll be teaching Maths across a range of ability levels in small groups. The school places a strong emphasis on problem-solving and reasoning. You’ll be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, mark work, and provide feedback.About You:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
· A degree (ideally in Mathematics or a related subject)
· Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school (references required)
· Up-to-date safeguarding & Prevent training (or willingness to complete free training with us)
