- Adapt English curriculum to suit the needs of students with diverse learning requirements.
- Implement alternative literacy frameworks to aid in student development.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom where all students feel valued.
- Build strong working relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Utilise excellent classroom management skills to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience is required.
- Experience supporting students with a range of special needs, including Autism, ADHD, SLD, and PMLD, is highly desirable.
- You must have an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
- You must hold the legal right to work in the UK.
