With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.2 billion in 2023.Job DescriptionReporting to the Fleet Manager, this role will assist in the administration/coordination of various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company’s Fleet of vehicles and first point of contact for drivers. Adhering to legislation and responding to works within the required time scales, including adhoc support to the wider Reward & Benefits Team as/when required.The Opportunity:This exciting opportunity will be suited to someone with strong administrative experience, be customer service centric, and able to gain/enhance their knowledge of fleet administration.Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for drivers
  • Starter & Leaver process, welcoming drivers and supporting vehicle allocation
  • Review of New Vehicle Orders, ahead of further review/sign off by Fleet Manager
  • Supporting short term vehicle hire requests
  • Management of fines process
  • Database Maintenance (Jaama) - Ensure 100% accurate at all times
  • Vehicle Maintenance – ensure being undertaken e.g. MOT, Tyres, Servicing, Accidents etc
  • Telematics support
  • Issue of fuel cards
  • Invoicing checks
  • General Project Support
