A Local Authority in the East Midlands is looking for a Principal Planning Officer on an interim basis. They are looking for someone who can work on Major planning applications on a 6 month contractThey are looking for someone to start within the next few weeks on the 6-month rolling contract. They would be looking for someone who can go in office once a week, although the working arrangements have been left flexible.Experience:
  • Experience on Major applications/ Principal Planner.
  • Ability to effectively carry out Major applications.
Working Arrangements:
  • As mentioned, this role will need someone who is able to come into office once a week but is left flexible.
  • This role is inside IR35.
  • The hourly rate is £45-£47 depending on experience.
