
People Analytics Analyst

- Support an accurate and up-to-date view of employee headcount and associated metrics, working with the relevant teams to get best view of people movements, and with the HRES and HRIS teams to accurately maintain people systems and tools
- Work with supervisor to design, deliver and consolidate and optimise our reporting of survey results across the employee lifecycle:
- Support the implementation of a holistic framework across all surveys
- Support the preparation, analysis and presentation of key insights and recommendations from the survey dataset to key HR and business stakeholders Partner with COE champions to support deployment of improvements to employee lifecycle
- Develop and maintain new analytical tools/dashboards and processes to support the running of the business, leveraging proficiency in SQL and Python:
- Partner with the business to understand needs and translate them into technology requirements, enhancing current processes to streamline data workflows and automate processes efficiently where possible
- Ensure ongoing management/updating of analytical tools/processes (already developed) by utilising SQL for database management, Azure services for data pipeline orchestration and leveraging the use of Alteryx to manipulate data as required
- Support the master data principles for HR Data, defining blueprints for data management systems whilst ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and security of all datasets.
- Support implementation of policies and guidelines for data management and develop standard operating procedures for data handling and archiving
- Working closely with the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team, Finance, IT and other data providers to support improved data collaboration, awareness, operational effectiveness and data quality
- Build knowledge and share data expertise and techniques to cultivate a data driven culture across the wider HR team
- Support improvement initiatives and ad hoc analytical tasks (eg. Attrition deep dives, Annual Leave analysis) along with being an analytical “power-user” and coach the team

- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
- Required: Experience in a People Analytics environment
- Preferred: Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx and Python
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
- 2-3 years’ experience of working in a demanding environment, preferably a professional services or financial services organisation
- Proven organisational and administrative skills, in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with systems, reporting and data
- Ability to analyse and solve problems methodologically driving business insights
- Passionate about leveraging technology to improve performance using data to drive insight and action
- Previous experience related at least one area of the employee lifecycle beneficial
