This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and has the skills to make a positive impact on their students. As a PPA Teacher, you will be providing cover for planning, preparation, and assessment time, offering students a stimulating and engaging learning experience. This will be to cover from Reception up to Year 5.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring engaging, inclusive, and varied teaching
- Work closely with the class teachers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in learning
- Support the development of students' academic and social growth
- Ensure that all pupils are treated fairly, with respect, and given equal opportunities to succeed
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Has experience working in a primary school setting
- Is passionate about teaching and able to motivate and inspire students
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
- Is adaptable and willing to work as part of a collaborative team
