- Install solar PV systems including panels and mounting systems.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to risk assessments.
- Operate site plant and equipment safely, following Health & Safety regulations.
- Keep work sites tidy and manage waste in line with legal and environmental standards.
- Take personal responsibility for Health, Safety, and Welfare.
- Comply with IT Security and Data Protection legislation.
- Support equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation.
- Perform additional duties as required, with training and supervision provided.
- Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable)
- Ability to use company equipment to record work notes and order supplies (Essential)
- CAT B Asbestos Removal (Training provided if not held – Desirable)
- Working at Height Qualification (Training provided if not held – Essential)
- Full UK Driving License (Essential)
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Able to interpret plans and detailed drawings
- Confident decision-maker and problem solver
- Good numeracy skills
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Basic IT proficiency
