- Managing applicant registrations and property enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting viewings and providing informed guidance to prospective buyers or tenants
- Advising clients on current market conditions and property valuations
- Negotiating offers and overseeing the progression of sales or tenancy applications
- Matching clients with suitable properties in accordance with their needs and preferences
- Creating accurate and appealing property listings, and collaborating with marketing teams to maximise exposure
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants
- Ensuring records are meticulously maintained within CRM systems
- Representing the agency with integrity and professionalism at all times
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence (and access to a vehicle, if required)
- Prior experience in property sales or lettings is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial awareness
- Familiarity with the local area is beneficia
