- Collaborate with internal teams to support community initiatives and resident engagement.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes where necessary.
- Proven experience in property management or housing services.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations within the housing sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with residents and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT systems and record-keeping tools.
