As you’ll have overall responsibility for the clients in your portfolio you could be:
  • Reporting to business leaders on the revenue growth for your clients and making sure you meet your financial targets
  • Overseeing the different elements of the client team to make sure that you deliver the best of Aon to your clients
  • Looking at how you can introduce other Aon services to your clients
  • Working to support new business opportunities including those that come from your own network

Ideally you should have experience in employee benefits, but this does not need to include benefits technology.
