Hours: 37 per week (Hybrid working policy)As the successful candidate you will be responsible for leading the Project Management Team to deliver major repair and improvement programmes, ensuring a customer-first approach and compliance with all relevant housing standards.Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing delivery of cyclical and major repair/improvement programmes on time and within budget
- Working closely with Quantity Surveyor overseeing a £15m budget in the delivery of kitchen and bathroom, window and door and reroofing schemes
- Leading Section 20 Leasehold consultations and representing the organisation at tribunals
- Driving value for money across investment services
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and housing asset management best practice
- Producing financial and performance reports to support sound decision making
- Leading and motivating a team of Project Managers, Customer Liaison Managers, and Quantity Surveyors
- RICS, CIOB or a degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of procurement, housing asset management, and property compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and budgets
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (mileage paid)
