Senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician – West BromwichWe are recruiting on behalf of our family-run independent garage client in West Bromwich, seeking a senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled technician with 10+ years’ experience in diagnostics and repairs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and repairs across a variety of makes and models.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain safety standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Strong diagnostic knowledge and experience as a senior technician.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach.
Soft Skills:
  • Team-player with strong communication skills.
  • Quality-conscious, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire junior staff.
Salary & Benefits:
  • £40,000–£45,000 basic salary.
