  • Oversight and management of the Accounts Payable function, including
Receiving invoices, coding and posting to the accounting systemBi-weekly payment runs, through from preparation, sign off to making payments.Reconciliation of paid invoices on accounting system * Assisting with Month End Reporting to include:Monthly Accruals Journal basedCreditors Ledger Reconciliation * Assisting with transition of supplier data to new systems
  • General ad hoc finance administration duties as required.
This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of 3 days in the Cambridge office per week.Qualifications
  • Experience within an office administration/finance environment
  • Working towards AAT Qualification
Desirable:
  • AAT level 2
