You'll get to know each student individually, tailoring your support to meet their needs and helping them to shine. Working with students 1:1 and in small groups means you'll have the time and space to truly connect with them and make a lasting impact on their lives.You'll work hand-in-hand with the class teacher and the rest of the team to deliver a curriculum that's creative, engaging, and designed around the students' strengths and needs.
