Designer required to join a leading construction specialist located in North-West London. The company offer cladding solutions to the commercial and residential sectors and due to continuous growth, require a Designer to join their team.CAD Designer Position Remuneration
  • Starting salary £30,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience)

CAD Designer Position Overview
  • To oversee the design for external elevation cladding panel layout drawings and fixing system layouts for our clients.
  • Working from general architect intent drawings or 'already dimensioned' panel design drawings received from our design and build contractor customers.
  • Issuing instructions to our design suppliers where necessary and checking their work once returned, before issuing to the internal project manager for release to our production.
  • You will maintain good relationships with outsourced façade design partners, who will welcome your input to minimise their own omissions which could affect the project progress if not caught early on in the process.
CAD Designer Position Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of using AutoCAD
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a small team
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills
