Start Date: ASAPOverviewWe are recruiting for a highly skilled CGI Retouch Artist to join a leading creative team within a global automotive brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a CGI and Photoshop specialist to work across world-class campaigns, product launches, and digital content.Key ResponsibilitiesRefine 3D renders using advanced Photoshop techniques including colour correction, compositing, and special effectsSeamlessly integrate CGI cars into photographic backplates and vice versa using photo-bashingClean and enhance photographic assets (dust busting, skin/surface retouching, lens correction)Convert 32-bit renders to 16/8-bit deliverables without quality lossMaintain structured digital asset libraries and version controlCollaborate with Art Directors and the wider CGI/visualisation teamMentor junior retouchers and troubleshoot technical or creative issues under tight deadlinesEssential Skills & ExperienceCVs without the following will not be considered:Strong experience in 3D CGI retouching (not just traditional photography retouching)Expert knowledge of Adobe PhotoshopExperience with ‘Back to Beauty’ workflows, render passes, Cryptomattes, and standard CGI pipelinesUnderstanding of photography principles and lightingEye for composition, colour harmony, and detailExperience converting high dynamic range renders into final deliverablesConfident communicator and team collaboratorDesirable (Nice to Have):Automotive visualisation experienceExperience using Nuke, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci ResolveBasic CGI knowledge or advertising agency backgroundTo apply:
