Salary: Circa £90,000 + Car & BenefitsWe're excited to be recruiting for a Building Safety Act Lead on behalf of a leading construction and property services contractor. This is a newly created role, designed to take ownership of all matters relating to the Building Safety Act. You'll be working closely with a range of clients, helping them navigate the evolving legislation and ensuring compliance. The business has a turnover of more than £200 million and sees this position as a key part of its continued growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Building Safety Cases and Gateway applications across planning, pre-construction, and completion stages
- Advise project teams and clients on compliance with the Building Safety Act and CDM Regulations
- Oversee compliance documentation and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and transparent progress reporting
- Manage the Golden Thread of information and all required building safety data
- Proven experience working with the Building Safety Act
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated legislation (including experience reporting to the Building Safety Regulator)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
