We are currently seeking Psychology Graduates to work at Client Secondary Schools in York, North Yorkshire, as a Teaching Assistant, starting in September 2025.Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to SEMH students with additional needs such as mental health challenges, behavioural difficulties, and autism.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, senior leadership teams, and external agencies.
  • Support students in building their self-confidence and self-esteem.
  • Establish strong, positive relationships with students through 1:1 and small group support.
  • Manage behaviour in alignment with the school's policies and ethos.
