- Lead a team of electrical design engineers and technical specialists delivering network and infrastructure designs (LV-132kV)
- Oversee project delivery across design phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and risks are effectively managed
- Guide clients through the design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and facilitating approvals
- Support wider business development activities, including technical input for tenders and construction coordination
- Drive continuous improvement, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to team training and audit readiness
- Level 4 qualification (e.g. HNC) in Electrical Engineering or similar; degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical design from LV to 132kV
- Experience leading technical teams (min. 4 people)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience in electrical network design, covering a range of voltage levels from low voltage up to 132kV
- A flexible and driven professional, comfortable working across multiple sites or locations
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to inspire and drive team performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively
- Resilient under pressure, with a calm and solution-focused approach to challenges
