Monday to Friday, Afternoons (2pm-10:30pm)We're looking for an experienced administrator or coordinator to join a busy logistics operation in Barrow Upon Soar on the outskirts of Loughborough. This is a full-time role working the afternoon shift within a supportive and friendly transport team. This role is offered initially on a temporary basis however permanent opportunity after completing qualifying time period.What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the smooth running of daily transport operations
- Assisting with driver briefs/debriefs and allocating workloads
- Maintaining accurate records and updating transport systems
- Communicating with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
- Other Ad Hoc office duties.
- Ideally we are looking for somebody with experience within a transport / logistics setting with knowledge of Driver's WTR however other relevant work experience will be considered.
