Job Title: PPT Driver / Reach Truck OperatorLocation: Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17
Pay Rate: £12.66 – £14.26 per hour
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
Sunday–Thursday night shifts: 10pm–6amAbout the RoleWinner Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to join a thriving warehouse team.   • Operate PPT or Reach Truck safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload goods with precision and care
  • Perform routine equipment checks and follow safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid PPT or Reach Truck license with practical experience (We will train you)
  • Previous warehouse experience desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
